We wanted to give the garden to the rear of our property a complete makeover, and we asked Mirage Landscapes to create a large, curving patio area using Indian stone and steps up to the French windows. The way Liam and Kevin worked on this project more than fulfilled our original design ideas.
A clear and reasonable quotation was provided and the work was completed within the estimated time scales. Particular attention was paid to all the preparatory work – the excavation and removal of earth and old concrete flags, the construction of a solid base, the careful levelling of the area to suit the existing contours of the garden and to ensure good drainage. The quality of the brickwork, paving and grouting was equally impressive. Another important point to mention is that it was a real pleasure to have Liam and Kevin working at our property. At all times we were able to talk about the progress of the project and agree minor modifications to solve the occasional problem encountered. They were utterly reliable.
A couple of weeks after the rear patio was completed we asked Mirage Landscapes to repave a raised patio at the front of our house with the same Indian stone. Once again we were very happy with the way the work was carried out, the meticulous attention to detail and the finished results. We can recommend Mirage Landscapes without any reservation, and wish the business every success.

Liam has designed and rebuilt our garden that included a raised sleeper seating area , large lawn,appro 90m2 of India stone, water feature and cobble edge path way. His attention to detail and his work ethic was excellent and he even changed the plan half way through to please me. Liam is not a person who would skimp on quality or quantity and i have no hesitation in recommending Mirage Landscapes.

Landscaping works undertaken at Highgrove Park, Ormskirk, L40 Liam and his team were commissioned to undertake works in my back garden comprising pavements, timber sleeper raised beds incorporating a paved raised patio. After my initial requirements proved to be outside my budget, Liam proactively provided options to my design which resulted in the budget being met. A week to undertake the works was agreed and Liam's team worked long hours, diligently and with great consideration to protecting the existing garden and access routes from the front garden whilst the works were in progress. They are a great friendly team who have also taken the trouble to discuss our requirements for the final details to ensure we have been given a high quality job which has exceeded our expectations. They also were very particular to ensure that on completion they did a comprehensive clean of the new works and existing pavements and making good to the existing lawn. As a recently retired construction professional the key elements to any project are time, quality and cost. They completed the project on time to a very high quality and to a cost which was to my budget. I would therefore thoroughily recommend them and will go back to Liam without hesitation should we need any further works in the future.

Liam was professional and courteous throughout the process of designing and building my new garden landscaping and driveway. This project included two patio areas, a path, and raised flower beds using wooden sleepers. He made useful suggestions for the design and materials. The work started on time and was progressed as swiftly as possible - if ever there was a delay (e.g. due to adverse weather), Liam kept in touch by text so I'd know of any change in plans. There was one unforeseen obstacle (hidden manhole) that Liam resolved efficiently and he communicated clearly regarding the slight change to the original quoted price. When I asked for an alteration to some works that had already been done, it was changed to meet my requirements with no fuss and no complaint - very professional. Liam also provided bedding plants and finishing touches for the raised beds so the garden was ready-for-use immediately. I was delighted with the finished result and have no hesitation in recommending Liam to anyone for garden landscaping/building and paths/driveways, many thanks Liam for a great job and great service. Liam and his team did a great job. Liam was very helpful in answering all my queries and designing what I wanted. He then stuck to a timescale and acted professionally throughout. His team are thoroughly hard working, polite and friendly and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The work took approx one week and exceeded our expectations. Everything has been done to an excellent standard and we would recommend them to family and friends. Job well done.

My 1970's crazy paving over grown jungle has been brought in to the 21st century. Liam discussed what I wanted and gave me ideas of material to use, he did a plan of how the garden would look and if that was what I wanted. It was perfecte. Liam and his team did a first class job in transforming a very sad unusable space into a beautiful contemporary space to sit in and enjoy. His team did a wonderful job. Totally 100 percent happy with everything mirage have done. Liam and his team have done an amazing job completely renovating my garden. From the first time he arrived to look, then going through ideas, designs and budget there was no pressure just great ideas that completely represented my vision. Every step of the way he was reliable punctual and clearly an expert in his field. It's been worth every penny and has received lots of positive feedback from passing neighbours and dog walkers. So much so that I'm definatley getting him back to renovate the front ASAP. This kerb appeal, attention to detail and perfect finish has exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend this team to anyone. My garden looks amazing and I can't thank you enough.
